  • Choose products which are teeth-friendly

Some foods are like toothbrushes that help clean your teeth. These include apples, fresh carrots, and celery. It is important that these products are sufficiently hard and crunchy because this is what will help to clean the teeth naturally. Apples, carrots or celery should be eaten last, especially if you know you won't be able to brush your teeth. They are healthy and delicious snacks after lunch or dinner when you are away from home.
